Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Refunds

Timeframe: Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Method: Refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Exchanges

Timeframe: Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Price Difference:

If the replacement item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference.

If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.



Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges back to us.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

Damaged

Stained

Showing signs of wear

Carrying any odors (including perfume or smoke)


Processing Times

Refunds: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Store Credit/Exchanges: Store credits and exchange approvals are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.

Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons, but we will notify you if additional time is required.
